Struck by a moment of insight in the midst of my own major life transition, I woke up to my purpose. The catalyst that changed the course of my life propelled me into the passionate work of coaching. Enlightened Lifestyles LLC was created with the mission to help clients own their unique experience through turbulent transitions and embrace the transformation. I specialize in providing an empathetic, supportive, and creative space to elicit personal insights, and provide tools and practices proven to turn the most impossible dreams into reality.
